The rooms are tidy and generally offer central heating, an individual safe, and a flat-screen TV. the staff is very nice and welcoming. the setting is favorable and excellent, next to attractions in Istanbul, very close to tram and lots of shops for evening chill outs and bus station and 300m from metro station.

The rooms were tidy with the clothes in, and I had a fairly nice stay overall. There were tea and coffee making equipment, and fridges upon arrival. The staff was very very nice, provided GREAT services and helped with free parking.
